* Take into account the layout weirdness on iPhones
This makes the menu bar full screen in landscape mode and allow the
snackbar to have enough bottom padding
* Improve the icon for PWA

fix: remove no longer needed initial-scale=1 ( #1119 )
...
`initial-scale=1` was a workaround for a orientation change bug,
that was only needed for the no longer relevant Safari for iOS < 9.
