Add docker-compose.yml to ease development
...
If you have docker and docker-compose installed, you can simply run
docker-compose up in the project directory to fire up the site inside
a Docker container.

Update to latest version of Jekyll base template
...
Updates to Jekyll 3.4.0. This version does not
include theme files by default so I have included
the files from the "minima" theme to have a starting
point for the site.
